"Lovely hotel within a short walk of the station in Uppsala, and just 7-10 minutes from the main shopping area, with the Cathedral and University just a beyond. Staff members were friendly and helpful and all areas of the hotel are clean and well maintained. My room was clean and comfortable with a modern bathroom."

"Wiksslott was a great surprise Fantastic location, friendly stuff, great breakfast, 200% quality for price! The only drawback was not being able to take a swim in the lake because of potential health risk owing to seaweed but that’s got of course nothing to do with the hotel Super recommended"

"Great hotel in a perfect location in the center of Uppsala. The room was clean and comfortable. We especially liked the historical aspect of the hotel…the names of famous people who stayed in each room. The staff was really helpful and the breakfast had many choices. Would definitely recommend."
