Excellent location to city centre. Single room was very small with minimal storage facilities and not cleaned once during a 5 day stay. Breakfast was very much a do it yourself, no staff in attendance. Scrambled eggs overcooked and dry, bacon more like crisps. No plug in the hand basin making it impossible to wash in it. Perhaps the room was suitable for an overnight stay but certainly not for a 5 night stay.

Fabulous breakfast was included, staff were welcoming, extremely helpful and efficient, teamaking facilities and comfortable lounges were available at reception and on each floor, and room was comfortable and clean. Overall a very positive experience.

Great location, literally a 2 minute walk to the cathedral! Rooms are clean but small. If you’re driving, call in advance to find out about parking. When we arrived and asked about parking we were told it was booked. Otherwise, hotel was great.
