Home Hotel Uppsala - 1 night.
Lovely hotel and my worries about my inappropriate attire were not realized because there were a lot of tourists, many my age, dressed casually. There are the typical European bathroom fixtures and also the same card method that requires insertion in a slot to use for the lights and elevators. Wonderful bed and blackout curtains enabled me to have my first good night’s rest during these long midsomer nights. Places to tour and shops and restaurants are within an easy walking distance. Also, we were able to get limited parking onsite. The breakfasts, afternoon fikas (coffee breaks), and dinners in the hotel restaurant are included in the price and are authentically Swedish and delicious."
