"The property was where I needed it to be. It looked fantastic on the listing, but it did not present as was shown. I specifically booked a property with a kitchen, expecting basic kitchen amenities. There were no bowls, there weren’t even coffee cups. It would have been nice to have a toaster, I think that the ability to make a basic breakfast is something a host should anticipate. David, the host was good about getting back to us. But we shouldn’t have had to ask questions regarding the remote...

"This is a nice place to stay. For our needs, it was in a great location. It was stocked with all necessary amenities: extra blankets and sheets, towels and washcloths in every bathroom, and toiletries - if you forgot something, you could probably find it. The kitchen had all the necessities.We were there in the winter. We did have an issue where the 2 front rooms were very cold and the 2 back rooms were very warm. We could never find the sweet spot. We thought there may be another heating zone...

"We enjoyed our stay on the farm and give it 4.5/5 stars only for noise. You can hear the guests in the other unit, but the beds are comfortable and the apartment was clean. We appreciated the Christmas tree! It was a nice place to stay while visiting family in the area, and we would book again. The unpaved road is in good shape and was not an issue."

"The host did not know we had booked the rental, he was over 2 hours late to check in which affected our plans. When he finally came with the linens for the place, he only provided 1 pillow (for 2 adults) and 2 small throw blankets not big enough for an adult when it was below 40 degrees at night. "

"The unit is in the basement of a beautiful single family home. The unit is accessed by going through the living room and going down the steps with no separate door for the unit. The kitchen is a shared space. The laundry is shared and accessed by by going through the basement space. There are 3 electric recliners and a projection screen TV. The sofa opens into a bed (no mattress). The unit would be best for someone who is comfortable with shared space."

"Christopher was very easy to work with and responded timely to questions and comments. The appartment was very clean and comfortable. It had everything that was needed for a great stay!"

"We didn’t stay. We when arrived, instead of a room in the guest house, we were expected to stay in a tentlike structure. In addition, the bathroom facilities were outdoor showers and commodes that required a climb up a set of stairs. Luckily we were able to secure a room at another facility. The owner supposedly requested a refund for me but I haven’t heard whether this has been approved."
