"the executive suites are fantastic! Very large and spacious!! Bed was comfortable. Shower head pressure not the greatest but every other amenity was perfect. The Spa is the best!!! Food options are very tasty & plentiful at Alexandria's. Customer service was good throughout the hotel but the early morning staff who work the front desk should do better at greeting customers. "

"I stayed here for a night and honestly enjoyed it more than expected. The room was clean and smelled fresh when I walked in. The bed was comfortable and helped me get a really good night’s sleep. The bathroom was tidy, and the hot water worked perfectly. Parking was easy and right near the room, which I appreciated after a long drive. The staff was friendly and made check-in quick. It felt relaxed and simple, just what I needed. I’d definitely stay here again. "

"The host was not attentive at all. I couldn’t access the unit for about 4 hours after my check in time because the lock box was hard to get into. The host wanted me to drive to some unknown neighborhood to pick up a spare key. The furniture had stains on it. The walls had holes in them. The back yard was a disaster. One thing is the toilet hanger kept falling which was a little inconvenient, and I couldn’t find any tissues so I had to use toilet paper, but other than that I loved our stay and the cafe!!"
