"The Online Property Manager almost pushed us to ask for a refund by telling us about loud dock construction between the hours of 10am -2pm every day immediately after he secured our final payment for the trip. Thankfully Tom who is the onsite manager was amazing and had the construction stopped for the duration of our stay. He gave us endless local knowledge, help, and let us borrow a cooler and some of his personal equipment. Everything was clean and wonderful on the property and it was stocked with fun amenities.The trip would be perfect if not for the sargassum which made the first 4-5 feet of the water rather foul but after that it was amazing to kayak or paddleboard on. If we revisit we will definitely go earlier when there is less of the sargassum, as well as hopefully a completed new dock that should be great for swimming and avoiding the sargassum altogether. Overral the food in the keys, the house, the views, and the wonderful host Tom made this trip a wonderful get away. "

"Everything was totally awesome. The accommodations, the pool. The only downside was the sofa bed… Mattress was terrible and the back up air mattress had a hole in it, but got that straightened out otherwise fantastic"

"The cottage was immaculate and nicely appointed. The lake can use some treatment; it was murky with a good amount of algae. So, I was not comfortable putting my paddle board in the lake. Also, would have appreciated some paper plates, extra trash bag, and plastic ware. Just a suggestion. Having said that, the grounds were clean and the pool was wonderful. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed my stay."

"There are no words to describe how wonderful this property is! From the very beginning to the sad ending (because we had to leave), it was a fantastic location, and the house had everything we needed. We stayed in and cooked almost every night and the amenities never disappointed! The view cannot be overstated, and the sunset is beyond earthly! There were 7 of us and the house was large enough that we never felt cramped. There is no way to sit in all the spaces available! There were several reviews that the house was not maintained. We certainly did not have that experience. We've never stayed at a house that was so clean and had everything we needed. From the morning coffee to the evening sunset, this property will not disappoint! Would stay there again in a heartbeat! Book it NOW!"
