"We only stayed one night on our way back from a longer road trip. We parked and walked to restaurants. The waterfront is close. We actually wished we had another day to explore the town.We had everything we needed."

"The property has everything we needed for a two night stay. Driving to NYC is approximately 40 mins. We like how this apartment was modernly designed. The check in and check out process was easy - detailed instruction provided. Would stay again. "

"Great location in the heart of Warwick, NY. Easy to walk around town and visit the local restaurants!"

"Great place, but you can hear red everything going on outside your room with the restaurant downstairs and other people in the common area. But I’d definitely come back here"

"We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking. There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them. The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting...

"Incredibly sweet host. So caring and you can tell she genuinely loves having guests. Such a delicious breakfast each morning and excellent communication. House was immaculate and in prime location for attractions like the famous Bellvale creamery, Warwick drive in, and adorable fall activities which were recommended by our host. 10/10 experience and looking forward to returning:)"

"The house was very quiet and exactly as advertised. Would stay again!"

"Safe. Has laundry. Clean. Bus route. Train. Into NYC. Gatden state plaza and palisades mall. Have stayed here multiple years. The shower and bayh is AMAZING."

"This lovely suite was clean, comfortable and convenient and we’re so happy to have discovered it. We’ll be back. Shelton was immediately responsive and helpful throughout the process of our reservation and stay. The suite is on a quiet, peaceful street within walking distance of restaurants, deli’s, and coffee shops."

"The apartment was beautiful, spacious, cozy, and absolutely sparkling clean. Sherry was very welcoming when I arrived and very attentive to a couple of minor concerns. Nice location too."

"Beautiful home...it is clear that much thought and time went into the decor and functionality....complete with welcomed amenities."

"Cumplió con todo lo que dice en la descripción está en una zona donde está todo muy fácil de llegar"

"The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Sherry was very helpful with any questions we had. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants for our meals. Nice neighborhood of beautiful older homes. It was perfect for my wife and I and our grandson who was playing in a baseball tournament in the area. I would definitely recommend the apartment."

"Clean, host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend."

"The property is very clean and very nice. It is close to EVERYTHING. The only thing we had an issue with was the street noise."
