"We got early check in for a little family getaway. Branjalig checked us in and she was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Fresh cookies were ready at check in. The hotel was beautiful, clean, quiet and big. We enjoyed the big pool and hot tub. The breakfast was included and had something for all of us. We could walk to outlet mall. Lots of parking. "Easy to get settled in there. Great staff, very clean rooms. Breakfast in the morning was really good. All the normal quick grab foods but also had waffle maker, eggs, bacon, potatoes that were freshly cooked. 10 mins to Canadian Tire Centre was a bonus as well! Definitely would stay here again. "

"Glad we gave it a chance. Very convenient to where we needed to be & much cheaper than other choices. Room was quiet & clean with everything we needed, just a bit dated. The beds were very comfortable & the air conditioner worked well. Nice area to do your hair or makeup with good mirrors. We knew before booking that the pool wasn't in operation, but we didn't want to use a pool anyway. If you do want one, or are looking for a resort style feel, then I'd suggest finding another place with a pool. But for us, everything was great. We'll definitely book here again next time we're back in this area. Oh, and the WiFi connection for our iPad worked well too."

"Exceptionally clean and well-maintained property. The room was basic but offered good value for money. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and highly professional, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only minor drawback for us was the mattress, which was softer than we personally prefer. However, that’s purely a matter of individual taste—the mattress itself was in excellent condition. Overall, a very positive experience and great value."
