"Comfortable stay right by the Rhein, the week before my stay the river was at a level that reached the hotel steps. Convenient for river boat trips - right in front of the hotel. Definitely somewhere I would stay again if the opportunity arises."

"Great stay. We spent all of our time in the hotel area, which really is a castle. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was great as were the views from the dining areas. Highly recommend!"

The rooms were a really good size and bathroom was also good with a lovely shower and room for toiletries. The hotel is opposite a really handy shopping centre and near city centre car parks, which was useful as there's no reserved space at their own car park and it show as full several times."

Since the restaurant has a limited selection of items on the menu we sought advice from the front desk and she made a reservation for us. Very helpful and we ate at the recommended restaurant which was perfect for our tastes. Breakfast was fantastic with eggs cooked to order, great selection of items etc."
