"Was based in the area for 5 days so needed a place to cater for my needs and Mrs Dale’s did so absolutely perfectly. It’s a cosy cottage with all the amenities I needed (especially parking!) and is situated in close proximity to major roads. The hosts were very kind and generous with what they have available for guest use. Would definitely stay again if I’m based in the area again "

"Generally good accommodation and in good location although the house is a bit tired and in need of modernising/decoration. Generally clean and tidy, although not sure if it had a deep clean due to COVID-19. The hot water is far too hot and could result in burns, maybe reduce temperature or have a notice warning of very hot water"

"We had a great week at Hollyhocks cottage. Good location for birdwatching at Titchwell marshes, visiting Sandringham and King's Lynn. Cottage had all we needed, owners were helpful and responded quickly to emails. We would recommend it."

"Lovely modern cosy house in centre of Gayton village, close to the local pub. Everything was provided and we immediately felt at home (as did the dog who loved the garden). Great communication with the owner and everything was super easy to gain access. Close to King's Lynn and less than an hour from the beach at Well-Next-The-Sea. Even a disused windmill in the village, that is someone's lovely home! Recommended"
