"The Resort had many nice things to do such as golf, mini-putting course for non-golfers, large swimming pool, hiking trails nearby, pickelball, etc. Well stocked mini-store on site was very good with lots of beverages, snacks and pastries. Room was large with kitchen, living room, dining room and comfy bed. "

"WE live in Bend, Oregon and love to explore and take minivacaions. We decided to visit 'Crater Lake as neither of us had been in years. We stayed at a private, lovely home in Running Y Ranch Resort. Ammenities were very nice and our place had everything you need. A funky fauxfireplce runs the length of very large tv. There is only the one tv in the house, no bedrooms. So bring your laptop if you need noise to sleep. Well apointed kitchen, should be everything you could use, There is one bathroom for 3 bedrooms on one end of house. the master is off the main living, large and hugebath. No TV however, there is a laundry which is great and they provide sample size products for use. The bathroom has lovely sundries available as well, lots of towels.over all we did not use the dining area, biut it was lovely adn seats 8. There is deck in back running the length of the house, however no ahde or umbrellla so too hot to utilitize during they day. All in all we loved the place, peaeful and calming, Would highly reccomment. You also have acces to lodge restaurant, snack shops, indoor poor, outdoor parks, pickle ball, et,c."

"We only got to stay one night but we are planning a return trip! The facility was really nice, peaceful and felt like home. The sports facility was great with a very large pool, basketball, pool table, and an amazing workout facility including free weights, etc. This is a worldmark location so there are some limitations if you are staying in the lodge vs. being a member. But overall loved it. "

"This home is great. We stayed here for 10 days while attending an event at Train Mountain. The location was very convenient and the home felt totally comfortable. It is very spacious and very “homey.” The décor is not modern, if that matters to anyone, but it just makes it feel more comfortable. The management company was extremely responsive to the few small issues we had, even keeping us informed when there was a power failure in the area for a few hours. Some outside areas could use some sprucing up, so first impressions might be a bit skewed, but that really did not detract from our enjoyment. "

"The location is amazing. The view from the living room is beautiful and serene. However, there are a few hiccups with the property that will hopefully be worked out before others stay. 1) The door was unlocked when we arrived, we expected it to be locked due to provider check in directions. 2) There is a dishwasher, but no dish washer detergent provided. 3) only 1 tablespoon of dish soap (for washing dishes by hand) was provided for our 4 night/5 day rental, so I had to drive into town which was about 40 minutes round trip, to purchase dish soap.m. 4) There were no spices/cooking oil etc. not even any salt or pepper. So be prepared to bring EVERYTHING you might need. 5) The check in directions gave a pass code for a gate but there was no gate. The directions also said there was no passcode for the WiFi, but in fact there was (passcode is on the router so we were able to connect). 6) The house was clean in some areas, but pretty dirty in others. For example, the wood floors and stairs were very dusty, and there were black human hairs and some dried material on the bedside table in the master bedroom. I was able to clean it up with paper towels easily, so it clearly just wasn't cleaned. Other minor things: no kitchen towels, few wash cloths/bath towels. The price was right, so we might stay here again, but would bring our own dish soap/dish detergent, salt/pepper, etc."

"The cottage was perfect for our travel plans, very close to Crater lake, fort Klamath, Kendall F Jackson SP. We also did a day trip to Bend riverbend park and tumalo falls. My favorite aspect was the tranquility of the river in the mornings, lots of birds and wildlife. As a tip for groceries visit the dollar general in town. The bed was very comfortable and the cottage was cozy."
