"Front desk is a mess and never helpful I mentioned to front desk about an ant infestation in my room and they didn’t do or offer to do anything very rude attitude the make me feel like they were giving me a favor by letting me stay
I love the location and the nostalgia but is either to busy for the front reception or they need better training"

"I would give them 5 stars but since I have 5 nights reservation 7/16-7/21, I was told at check-in that my room would be clean on the 4th day (7/19). After returning back from a long day of sightseeing and hiking, I can to a room that was not clean. I immediately went to see front desk, and I was told that housekeeping attempted to clean my room on 7/18 but I had a “Do not disturb” sign on my door. Mind you that the change in the cleaning schedule was not communicated to me. Front desk mediated...
