"The property far exceeded our expectations, clean, tidy and warm, it is located in a quiet location on the grounds away from the main house any you feel like your totally self contained. The owner lets you be, and sent just a couple of courteous emails in case we wanted things like change of towels. the property is only about 7min drive to the centre of Canterbury. "

"Great location"

"Honestly website does not do the property justice it is absolutely amazing can not recommend enough. Never stayed anywhere as clean amazing housekeeping team just incredible"

"Great, modern hotel. Favreau room and location. Right in the heart of the Old Town. Check in and keys are all online via an app. First time, I use a staff less hotel but it was all very smooth. Highly recommended"

"Great cottage style accommodation. Kitchen/dinner, living room with a sofa the turns into two separate single beds, bathroom with powerful shower and comfy double bed on upper floor. Tv in living room and kitchen. Great for our family of four with two teen kids. Will visit again!"

"Vi fik ikke tilsendt koden til indtjekning, og forsøgte selv på flere måder at skaffe den. Først 3. forsøg - ved telefonopringning, fik vi fat i værten, som oplyste koden til nøgleboksen. Det gav unødvendigt stress, for et ellers dejligt ophold"

"Great location to see the best parts Canterbury also parking is as convenient and essential. If you have a car in Canterbury I want only caviar I would put is if you have a big car it’s very difficult to drive out . Their accommodation is very comfortable and very easy to access with having one bedroom on the ground floor and the other bedroom upstairs both with our own bathrooms very good decor very enjoyable stay"

"I booked this apartment because the description said it was within walking distance of Sandwich town centre, and the map that was displayed prior to booking indicated it was located off Moat Sole in Sandwich town centre. It was only after I had gone through the booking process for what was a seriously expensive booking, a new address was provided for the property approx 1.6 miles away in Woodnesborough! I have restricted mobility and needed to be closer to the town so I asked if I could cancel....

"Lovely apartment - right in the city centre, but not noisy at all. Huge shower. Fully equipped kitchen - everything you could need. Would definitely stay here again - and hosts are very communicative and helpful. Highly recommended."

"Winterstoke is a HUGE house with 4 massive double bedrooms and a large twin room. This does not feel like a holiday rental, it feels like a home. I have never stayed in a property that is so well appointed, every detail is covered. The quality of the house is really fantastic and incredibly comfortable. The back garden is lovely with a great area for entertaining, unfortunately it was freezing so we could not make use of it. We had a baby with us and the owner (sheila) had EVERYTHING...

"Unable to use hob. Hot water supply to bath poor Shower okay The description "near the sea" a bit misleading. Insufficient instructions and labelling with regard to bins and TV. Overall standard of property good and comfortable"

"We felt so lucky to stay at this newly listed property. It was beautifully presented and so refreshing not to be filled with Ikea furnishings: instead everything had an air of individuality & hand chosen to please. What a treat and so so pleasant was having those gorgeously laundered towels stacked & ironed like a five star hotel ***** . What a pleasure & that lovely bathroom - how beautifully kitted out - such a great shower & bath. The bed linen was lovely too - so classy. The bed esp next to...
