"The property location is excellent. Close to campus and things to do downtown. One draw back is that because it is close to campus weekends can get loud. Parking is in the back of the house. The entrance for the apartment is in the front of the house. Which meant we had walk through the side yard (in the grass) that made it difficult for rolling luggage. "Our stay was excellent. The host may want to edit the details about games and entertainment. While my husband and son enjoyed the pinball game, the description implies there are many games to choose from and there weren’t. Not a deal killer, but might need to lower those expectations. My daughter loved the vintage kitchen and my granddaughters marveled at how many rooms there were."

"The house was close to the Gas City Performing Arts Center, which was the purpose of our visit. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the house was generally clean, but overall it was very outdated, worn and in need of some TLC."

"The apartment was nice. The only thing we had a problem with is the noise. There was a party downstairs underneath our apartment and it was so loud. We couldn’t even hear the TV. If you’re going for a quiet, relaxing getaway, I’m not sure this is the place. If noises don’t bother you then this is a great place with a great view. I do have to say after we got in touch with the owners they did try to get the party quieted down around 11 p.m."
