"solveiga at front desk efficient friendly helpful"

"Во-первых комната не соответствует фотографиям, которые сделали наверно сразу после ремонта. Вся девевянная мебель поцарапана, порезана ножем, лак облазит уже. Ковролин со следами грязи которые уже невозможно вымыть. В ванной во время приема душа вода почти не уходит и разливается аж до туалета и потом пол дня заходя в туалет можно просто упасть на мокром полу. "It was just a quick overnight before departure from Riga airport. Good for a price we paid. We arrived before midnight and still managed to get a final spot at parking lot. Typical breakfast and just a short drive to airport."

"Nice room, but the external key is tricky"

"The mane issued for a poor rating is internet/wifi It just does not work at all. It is not slow or breaks down from time to time - it just does not work. If you need wifi for your business - this is not the place for you. I walked through different areas of the hotel in search for a possible hot spot - no luck. Breakfast ok, cleanliness, location ok, parking free."

"Nice clean room ! Staff friendly near transportation. Visit Riga center easy many restaurants and cafes etc"

"Nice hotel in a very central location. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with various options available. The pub and restaurant was pleasant and the meals that I ate there were to a very high standard. The room was fine, though a little tired and in need of an update. Shout out to Viktoria, who was super nice & never seemed to stop working!!"

"Offered refund not via Expedia account but asked to provide my card details which is illegal. Refund was for broken shower which prevented to have it. No dishwashing liquid despite sponge and cooking facilities provided. Dirty mug, which obviously was there for a while. No hairdryer. This was my mistake to book here! Do not recommend"
