"Everything about the hotel was excellent except the spa area. We paid extra to use the facility however only used it twice as it was very noisy with people talking loudly and young children splashing about in the pool. Not a relaxing spa experience at all"

"Staff was great. There was some issue where my booking via expedia did not show up in their system, but staff did everything they could to accommodate me and provide extras. Really friendly and helpful in pointing out where to go and what to see. Breakfast is definitely worth getting, and it is in an area convenient both to walking around and using public or private transportation. Would definitely come back here."

"Excellent location right in the border of thw Old Town. Soundproofing actually means soundproofing here. Minus for sliding bathroom doors which absolutely are not soundproofed but let other guests in the room hear everything."

"Peaceful and compact hotel, conveniently located in the old town. Incredibly helpful and kind staff, lovely sauna, and comfortable bed. Slept like a rock! I’d make a point to stay here again if I return to Riga."
