"Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem kleinen gemütlichen Waldhaus. Die Lage ist wunderschön und das Häuschen selber sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles war von Qualität. Von der Bettdecke bis zum Besteck. Das Gleiche gilt für die Einrichtung. Von allem war genügend da: Töpfe die zum Kochen einluden, Teller, Gläser und vieles mehr. Ein besonderes lustiges Erlebnis war die ausgefochtenen Wettkämpfe am Tischfussball. Auch der Aussenbereich war sehr schön gestaltet und lud zum Verweilen ein: die Holzbank beim Steinbecken, die Liegen und Sessel , der schöne Tisch und die Stühle. Es mangelte an nichts. An alles war gedacht. Ein Ort zum Entspannen und Geniessen. Ein ganz grosses Kompliment und Dankeschön an die Gastgeber!"

"The breakfast buffet was exceptional. Friendly helpful kitchen staff and a full spread of healthy and fresh options. Our family was quite impressed. Reception staff were not very friendly or helpful. I think they are used to business travelers and not helping families get oriented. Also the hotel is not actually in the town proper, it is about 10 mins away by car. It is also situated off a very main road, which gets quite loud early in the morning. The facilities were nice fresh and very clean. Positives- absolutely exceptional breakfast buffet the best we have encountered so far on our trip. Negatives- Off a main road that’s loud early in the morning with trucks passing. Somewhat rude and unhelpful reception staff when we checked in the evening. The hotel is not actually in the town. It’s about 10 minutes outside despite the address."

"Spotlessly clean hotel with very friendly staff (especially the blonde haired young lady on Reception) excellent sauna, superb delicious breakfast & free car park. Cannot recommend highly enough .. wish our reservation had been for longer .. would love to return!!"

"The room was clean and just right for a family of three (2 adults and a toddler). There was a refrigerator, separate toilet and bath rooms. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious so we could repack suitcases without trouble. There was a patio which had accumulated a fair amount of hail from a recent storm that my toddler was fascinated with. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of fresh choices. The restaurant had a large event but we were able to have dinner in a separate dining area and the food was very good. There was an elevator to get our large / heavy luggage up to the room without too much effort."

"Prima Lage direkt am Bahnhof und in der Nähe der Altstadt. Schöne Zimmer mit Wasserkocher etc.. Richtung Straße war der Verkehr auch durch das geschlossene Fenster ein bisschen zu hören; sehr großzügiges Badezimmer. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker, einzig hätte ich gerne Earl grey Tee gehabt. Sehr nettes Personal."
