"This was an excellent hotel , we had a family room , which consisted of a separate single bed and a king bed in the very large lounge area , and 2 separate bathrooms , the balconies looked out onto both the lake and sideways at the hills , the only thing it didnât have was air conditioning, but they did provide fans in both rooms , it was over 30 degrees for our visit , so not sure if thatâs normal , we used the restaurant for one evening meal and the food was lovely , and one member of staff went above and beyond , explaining in English what things were , not sure if her name . The receptionist that greeted us was also fantastic, even lent us an adapter as I did not realise Switzerland had a different plug adapter to the uk , the lake area had lots of sunloungers , a bar and you could swim in the lake from some steps ,would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone "
"Absolutely stunning views from room and restaurant. I stayed in the Naturhus, and my room was a little dated, but I was there for the lovely balcony overlooking the lake. If you want a more updated room, choose one in the main building. "

"Such a beautiful hotel. Seems newly resonated. Great location. Walkable from the boat stop. Shocked they are a 3 star hotel. Would consider to be a 4 star easily. The pool was amazing with easy access to the lake. Would definitely make a trip back and stay again. "
"We hiked Stoos and this was a great location. All the trail signs in the nearby hills were so lovely. Pricey to eat here, but that is all of Switzerland. A great stop! "

Perched high on a hill, the staff greeted us with warmth and impeccable service from the moment we arrived. The views were breathtaking, and even our mountainside room felt serene and luxurious.
