He was friendly, respectful, anticipated our needs and ensured we knew what was available to us. He ensured we were happy with our stay and time in the lounge. Don't think he could have been better! "This Hotel has a very good restaurant and a decent breakfast It is decorated in the old style and when we stayed it was Easter time and they’d decorated in a cute and playful way There is good room in the rooms and a great, renovated bathroom and nice common areas where you can sit with colleagues We really liked staying here while going to Köln Messe for 3days It could have been a bit cleaner on the floors, whereas the toilets and showers were spot on clean "
