"Upgrade erhalten, aber die Dusche im Zimmer blieb trotz Nachfragen kalt und hätte ich die Dusche länger laufen gelassen, wäre das "Badezimmer" überschwemmt gewesen. Oberes Hochbett so niedrig, das man beim Aufstehen vom unteren Bett sich den Kopf anstoßen konnte. Sauberkeit und Frühstück hat gepasst. "

"Perfect location within 10 minute walk from Salzburg Hbf train station. Transport links were brilliant with nearby stop for many of the buses that took you right across Salzburg - recommend the Salzburg card. Staff were super nice and managed to get us an early check-in but note that this is not always possible. We liaised directly with them through Whatsapp and they responded within minutes.
