"The location of the hotel was great. Many food options and places to have cocktails in the area. The room was spacious and clean. I really like that it is a renovated property. The staff we encountered was helpful and friendly. "

Saint Kate - The Arts Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"My second visit to this spectacular place! There are a very few, very special hotels out there -almost like people - with their own charm and character and personality. The Saint Kate is your fabulous, gorgeous, kind, wildly-creative friend with amazing style and a heart-felt smile for everyone, who manages to make you feel special just by proximity. Thanks again, SK, for a memorable visit, outrageous art, a delightful room, divinely unique detail, crazy comfy bed, fantastic lounge music and delicious food. A special shout out to Clay, the truly gracious and hospitable day bartender whose warmth, welcome and insights on the city absolutely made our stay. What a great representation of your brand you have in him! Thanks also to Grace and the super-on-top-of-everything front desk (Madelyn, Ava, Theo and team) for a superlative stay. Look forward to seeing y’all next year!"
"Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has been updated and has a modern look. The room was spacious and the beds were super comfortable. The bathroom in the room was nice sized, but it was clear there was some shoddy workmanship. Very sloppy caulking around the sink, black streaks on one wall that had not been cleaned or repainted to match the gray walls, and the shower was v difficult to turn on/off. There was a piece missing to the faucet, so when you turned it on or off (with great effort), the whole handle comes of in your hand. It was late at night and we didn't want to wait ffor maintenance to come, so we just dealth with it. Overall, very good experience. Good breakfast, except that we arrived right at 7 a.m. when it starts and for the 30 minutes we were there, they never made any coffee."
Beautiful English Mansion, 1/4 mile from Lake and close to Arts & Entertainment
10/10 Excellent
"We had an excellent stay! The host, Ajoy, was extremely gracious and helped to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The house was spacious, very clean, and in an excellent neighborhood! 10/10 would recommend!"
"We used this property as our base of operations for our son’s weeklong fencing tournament. It was very convenient to downtown (Baird Center, Art Museum) and surrounding areas. The owner’s instructions were incredibly detailed and helpful. Lots of seating and plenty of space to spread out. Tons of linens and towels. If you’re from a warmer climate and used to central air, managing with the portable ACs/windows may be a challenge during heat waves. Traffic noise is noticeable on weekend nights, but white noise may help. "
