"The staff was very helpful. We arrived late and my map was not very accurate. We called him and was very responsive and guided us. When we arrived, the room was very clean. The toilet was spotless. Breakfast was on another location not far from the hotel but the coffee and pastries are excellent."

Sur le moment, cela ne nous a pas dérangés, mais l’état des équipements laisse vraiment à désirer. La douche est insalubre, le frigo/congélateur (prévu pour deux chambres) était dans un état de propreté lamentable, l’évier était quasi bouché et les oreillers sont à changer. "The check in was a breeze. The breakfast was the typical breakfast in Italy with Italian cakes, cut up fruits, sliced local Kraft type cheese, yogurt, Italian croissants (home made), toast bread, and Italian cookies. The cons of the hotel: The wifi internet never worked. Actually we could never get it took to work with our cell phones. We tried on 6 different iPhones including an iPad . When asked the hotel staff to fix the wifi internet the person who worked when we were checking out said...
