"I didn’t like that I had to change rooms from where I was to an accessible room at all. I am not handicapped but due to a “booking block” I had to be moved to an unwanted room. The cost of this place is overpriced by about $50 and the security deposit is more than it should be for this area. This hotel was tolerable until I had to be switched. The staff was fine and the breakfast was as expected. I had a pretty ok stay until I was moved. "

"Although the room was a very nice layout, the bathroom and kitchen are very dated. The hotel needs to spend some time and money updating both the bathroom and the kitchen. The extra linen was old and dirty. There was no coffee available in the morning and the front desk did not tell me there was a pet fee for my emotional support pet, but charged me."

"Property was updated and clean, staff was extremely friendly. The location to UDelaware was very convenient. Room was very spacious, however, the placement of the bathroom with a frosted door is not ideal. If the room is dark, turning on the bathroom light than lights up the area by the beds."

"First off, the apartment we rented wasn’t the apartment pictured in the Vrbo post. Part of the blinds were missing on the sliding door so anyone could look right in. Then water leaked on the floor from the apartment above and shorted out the lights in the dining room. There was no information on how to communicate with the host. We could only communicate via text on Vrbo. Eventually, after a google search on the property company I got a number for an answering service which proved to be no help. We were told the issue was escalated and that someone would help us. No one came until I contacted Vrbo days later. When I asked the maintenance person about it he said no one had contacted them until Vrbo. Even so they couldn’t do anything about it because the renters upstairs would not let them enter. We had to use the only 2 towels in the apartment to contain the water on the floor and we had to get our own towels to use to dry off after showers. This property owner could care less. Please learn from our experience and stay away from this property company. "
