"Cool place due to all the character and culture it has but I booked the executive suite that brings the hot tub paid extra to relax and wasn’t even able to use it because my room never had warm water in the shower plus showing up the day of arrival I got to the hotel around 2pm and didn’t get my room until 4:30 when check in was at 3pm and I never saw over 15-20 ppl in the property"

"As an American tourist I was not supposed to pay taxes bc I had already pay taxes when I bought the ticket. They forced me to pay tax again even though I show them proof I was a tourist. Non supportive rude staff at front desk. Breakfast was included and they refused to provide me with an early snack or a cup of coffee since I had to leave earlier. "The staff was helpful except that they can't keep the minimal order to allow you to sleep at night . I have never been in such a noisy place . The building pictures are deceiving, the street was dirty and looked abandoned . Is just a cheap place . I choose it looking for something in the historical center with reasonable time to get to the airport early in the morning . I didn't expect to lose hours of sleep while gaining 15 more minutes on the road ."

"very dangerous neighborhood."

"Bugs everywhere in the bathroom, A/C did not blow cold, mattress was firm and uncomfortable. Loud music every night sounded like a concert next door, wifi always ws out and rarely worked, breakfast sucked! F-"
