When they cleaned our room they found her purse & turned it in to the desk. No one called us to report it. We didn't discover the missing purse until she needed her passport at the airport. She was going frantic trying to find where her purse was. The next afternoon, she finally got a call back from the office. Why couldn't someone call me to notify me they had the purse?
