"This place is great- friendly owners and very helpful staff- even the maid went above and beyond when I was stricken with sickness- highly rated- non touristy medellin neighborhood but totally safe and surrounded with good food and next to a hospital (which is always a comfort) - free breakfast at a great place too- Near the metro and a bunch of markets- ok with foreigners and solo travelers for long terms too- 5star! "This is a nice hotel. It is out the way and there is 1 store right next to the hotel and another place that sells burgers n fries. The staff is friendly the beds are very comfortable. If you get room 416 with a balcony your view will be crap but if you like greenery then you'll love it. I found a huge crack in bathroom wall and cieling has water damage stain. The room fridge was very big. The room doesnt have a paper menu nor a phone which I dont like. The staff is super friendly. Worse part about this was the breakfast it sucked, no nice way to put it lol. The muffins on site were good."
