The Landing Hotel at Rivers Casino

"It was my first time staying there, the hotel is really nice, it was the day of a Steelers game so the parking experience was very interesting. If the valet parking service is full then you can self park but make sure to drop your bags off with the valet before heading up to the self park in the garage; you will not be able to bring your bags down the elevator to the first floor because they do not allow bags in the casino. If you have to bring them down the stairs, the stairwell is in the back of the garage and you will have to walk all the way around to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were really nice. It has a really nice bar in the lobby and breakfast was free. Leaving was easy, you can just pull out front and load your bags."

"Stayed for a week for a conference. Nice big suite with a full kitchen. 10 min walk to the convention centre. Old world charm (ballroom and dome) but modern room."

"My stay was good. Was in town for the game. Easy access to bus ( Uber was way expensive) close enough to downtown and stadium. Breakfast was ok PANCAKE machine was malfunctioning. ( should invest in waffle maker)Will probably stay there again next time I'm in town for a game."

"The hotel is a little dated with limited views of the city. It states a restaurant on site, but there is no restaurant or bar as stated on their website. The complimentary breakfast was good but they close the restaurant right at 9am. Coffee was not available after the 9am closing since everything was removed by the staff. The staff was great and they reported the hotel is being renovated starting in November 2026. The rooms definitely need updating and our sofa had a lot of stains on it. There is no microwave in the room. A decent place to stay if you are going to any of the stadiums in town. Close to Jason Aldean's kitchen and bar."

"Overall, it was a great stay in Pittsburgh. The hotel is close to the stadiums, several museums, and is only a block away from the Clemente Bridge, which will take you over the river and to downtown or the The point Park. The only issue I had, and would have been worse if I was traveling with someone or with family, is that housekeeping never checked in during the weekend. I did put the "give space," sign on the door Saturday, but I was out of the room almost all day on Sunday and came back to a single towel. Again, this is a minor issue when traveling alone, so I didn't mention it before leaving, but it is the only area I would say they need to improve. I would definitely stay there again, it's proximity to everything outweighed everything else."

"Loved the location being so central to the entire city. I wish I could have been able to connect my phone to the TV. There appears to be a way, but for some reason my phone couldn't connect and the TV did not have the streaming services I use so I had to watch stuff on my phone. The fridge has a good amount of space and keeps things cold. I like that there was a code to be able to get into the building outside of operation hours of the bar/restaurant in the lobby. For the price I paid, I felt I got my money's worth."

"The full-time woman that works day shift is a saint. She called me by name every time i saw her. Helped me and my girls with an early check in ... On a super busy day for s concert. She made the stay great from beginning to end"
