    Cozy and spacious, this home is set on a large one-acre lot in the heart of Union Pier. With beach access right down to the road, your family will want to return year after year. This welcoming home features multiple living areas, two well-equipped full kitchens, a screened-in gazebo, and a spacious, grassy yard, perfect for outdoor activities. Meet up for movie nights in the open living area with plush furnishings or downstairs in the full-filled game room and challenge your friends and family to a game of ping-pong, foosball, or pool. After a long day out, relax in the private hot tub and recount your day's adventures as the stars come out. Two of the five bedrooms can be found on the main floor. Each bedroom on this floor includes private access to the wrap-around deck and a shared bathroom just off the hallway. Upstairs, guests will find the other three bedrooms and a shared half bathroom. Things to Know: Private washer/dryer No pets No parties, large gatherings, or events Close to shops and restaurants in downtown Union Pier * Please note that there are two active security cameras at this home - one on the front driveway and one on the side driveway.
