"The property was in a beautiful location! It was very clean and cozy. Perfect for a weekend getaway with family or friends. Even though the property was off the beaten path, there was a lot to do within 15-30 min drive. The host made great suggestions of what to see in the area! I would definitely stay at this property again. Maybe during the summer months to enjoy the lake a bit more, but I have no complaints!"

"Our good friends daughter was getting married at the Fern Hall Estate and we did not like the hotel options provided. We couldn’t have had a better weekend. The house is bigger and better than the listing shows. We were a party of 8 adults and a 1 year old and theee was plenty of room for all. The house was furnished beautifully."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The backyard is awesome, it's big, has a nice firepit and games for the kids/teenagers (basketball, soccer, and 2 playsets for young ones). The firepit was setup with lots of kindling/wood and there were tiki torches with extra fuel. The owner (Simon) was readily available with any questions or needs that we had. "We stayed for a long weekend in February to ski at Elk Mountain. Everything about the Bluebird Hideaway is cozy! You can tell the owners take pride in their home and want you to have a great stay. We've stayed at several pet-friendly homes in the Hideout, Bluebird Hideaway is our favorite. Pros: Tons to do, pool table, dart board, games etc The kitchen is loaded with everything you'll need and a great coffee maker. 3 full bathrooms! Easy access to a washer and dryer. We took the advice of the guide and visited Chet’s Place for dinner and visited the nearby lake. Both were great.
