"We had a great time staying at this location. The listing was correct. Everything was clean, well thought-out, and thorough. The layout of the space was funky (as are most old houses in Maine) but useful. We had no issues with heat, water, electricity, internet, or anything else. Because the apartment has no air conditioning, it was necessary to keep windows open to allow for air circulation. And while Trade Winds is old and needs work (smells old and we had to air out our room every time we came back to it.), it's in the ideal location and we would definitely stay there again; just wish the price was a little less expensive.
