"PLEASE BE AWARE. This place overbooks clients so when you arrive they say there is NO reservation under your name. Then they send you to another location of much lower quality. People at the new location confirmed that they do this all the time. It is not a mistake but rather a scam. I left that second location and was lucky to find a nice hotel nearby for the same price. I did get a refund but most people will probably stay where they are forced to stay due to lack of options and uncertainty. I...

"The power kept going off , no Wi-Fi , electricity no service . I want my refund back "

"Because we were only stopping for 2 nights we weren't too particular as to the room so chose the cheapest option but in retrospect we should have picked one next to the pool. We were in an annexe a 20meters away and it was a small room, though it did provide an effective ac unit, tea and coffee facilities, hit shower, clean towels both days, mosquito net, and it was clean and well presented. "This place is amazing. Great service, amazing rooms. Perfect with both pool and ocean swimming. Great place to just hang out, you have everything you need there. The only thing is that it was a few families with kids which made it not very relaxing. We could be a bit unlucky, but maybe contact the hotel before booking to check if there are families with kids that have booked at the same time as you want to go. "

"We are currently cycling around the world ( from Australia) The staff were wonderful and did an amazing job helping us to pack our bikes for our flight. A big shout out to Asha and Gift for everything! The rooms were quiet and beds comfy. A bit challenging to work out light switches though. The swimming pool was huge ! Just a quick mention that there’s no bar at the hotel so we got a taxi into stone town which wasn’t a problem for us. "

"They were wonderful and very accommodating to any changes we needed! Loved the spa and pool area. The staff and services were also 10/10! The beach was still under construction but there were many day trips we had booked that brought us to other beaches on the island. I would love to stay here again in the future!"

"I felt very welcomed when I first arrived at Le Mersenne Autograph Hotel. All of the staff are very nice and welcoming. Also the general manager Michael walks around and introduces himself to all the guess. I only have two little complaints about the room. The sliding door screen was off track and had a hole in the screen and the drapes were dirty at the bottom. But besides that my stay there was very nice. "

"Awesome location and view of the Indian Ocean. From our balcony we had direct view of the beach and the ocean. The room was spacious, with nice and comfortable furniture, and bedding. Very nicely decorated. Very clean and one of the best stays that we had. Staff were super nice and accommodating. We loved having drinks and appetizers outside on the deck. Live music added to the very pleasant atmosphere. We will definitely stay here again. "
