"We had a wonderful 3-night stay at LUX at the end of May — the place is absolutely beautiful! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the staff made our experience truly special. A big shoutout to Kennedy at the front desk — his hospitality was out of this world! So pleasant and polite, he took the time to show us around and made us feel at home right away. Huge thanks to Abdul at the cashier desk for the amazing upgrade to the Executive Beach Front Room #9 — what a treat! And Ali at Café LUX, thank you for your help — such a well-mannered young man. "Very nice and peaceful resort. The jetty restaurant had nice food and hotel staff a very nice and accommodating. Moureen from reception is amazing. We hope to visit again soon "

"The entire hotel staff are absolutely wonderful - they are always friendly and welcoming. They are really what makes this place great. The buffet food was great and our room was wonderful. The rOom and hotel in general were immaculately clean. Even the beach along the nearby coast is crystal clear and clean. would say the water for showering isn't great but I'm not sure there's a whole lot that can be done about that. The hotel is also quite far from Stone Town/the airport, so be prepared to booka lot of taxis if you have things to do on the west side of the island."
