"I was lead to believe (from hotels.com presentation) I had a cabin with a private hot tub, and would therefore expect an en-suite. I had a double room with shared facilities, very poor accessible shower. Room was clean and fine for my needs. I didn’t read the fine print so had difficulty in gaining entry, but after numerous phone calls (answer phone messages) and a prolonged email chat, access was afforded. "Great value hotel in Clifton area, walkable to everything and has available parking. Rooms small but comfortable, no AC but even though hot weather when we stayed a fan provided adequate cooling. Very friendly staff and great breakfast."
