"The hotel itself was beautiful, facilities were great. Breakfast buffet had great options daily. Indoor pool and hamam was great to use at nights. Location was great very central to everything Housekeeping could've been better wasn't cleaned to 5 star hotel standards other then that would definitely recommend. We had mountain view which was beautiful."

"The staff was AWESOME! And the room was always as clean as a whistle!!! One of the best things that the water pressure was fantastic! And the AC was outstanding! Ayda from housekeeping was super professional very thorough with her work and accommodating. If I ever visit Bosnia again without a doubt I'll be staying at Malak! Breakfast was great with a variety of options."
