"The hotel was great ,comfortable, clean, and very well maintained. The shuttle service was on time, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect if you enjoy cycling and exploring the lakes. The staff were attentive, and the hotel offered a great variety of amenities. Check-in and check-out were super quick and easy. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and had plenty of variety. We absolutely loved our stay here!"

"Went here to hike and walk around neat Mount Fuji, however, it was rainy and foggy. Staying at this hotel made up for this bad weather. Took advantage of having the spa treatment and massage. It was very relaxing two days for our trip to Japan."

"All the staff were really nice and friendly, but especially the young lady serving us our dinner, as well as, the gentleman (who learnt his English in NZ:)) at at the reception. Lovely views over the lake. We have also enjoyed the dinner served in our room. I would only say that the hotel is quite dated and has musty smell throughout. Still was great to experience traditional Japanese hospitality."

"My mother and I traveled from the U.S. and had a wonderful stay here. The Mt. Fuji view right in front of the hotel was breathtaking. The food was excellent, the room was very clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We also loved relaxing in the onsen. A beautiful and memorable stay with my mother. I would definitely come back!"

"A most excellent property and staff! Highly recommend - 5 ***** star rating. View of Fuji-San is amazing. Gardens and Koi pond are well maintained. Spacious room with plenty of storage for luggage, large closet, sofa and chair. Onsen and breakfast buffet are fantastic! Staff is very helpful and kind. Hourly Shuttle service to/from Kawaguchiko Station was very useful, 10 min away. Nabeya Japanese restaurant was delicious and only 3 min walk away."

"The Hotel was very good for what it was… a dated 4 star theme park hotel. I booked the Mt Fuji view room but it was too cloudy to enjoy the view (no one’s fault) … the onsen was closed too which I might have missed a notification about. The room itself was well maintained, we had a sofa bed extended out for my daughter… so it was slightly cozy but comfortable. Importantly it was clean and everything worked like it should. We enjoyed the fact that it had private access to the Fuji Q theme park with discounted full-day passes. Staff were helpful, very good."
