PETRICCI RESIDENCE - CASA RICIARDA - PERUGIA AREA

The Petricci Residence is a beautiful estate surrounded by green hills and oak forests overlooking the Tiber valley. It is situated along the border between Tuscany and Umbria, midway between Città di Castello and Umbertide.

The estate consists of a main villa divided into four apartments and two separate cottages. Within the grounds there is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool (shared by all guests).

Located within the main villa, Casa Riciarda (223 sqm) is built on a slope, so all the rooms are on different levels. The house has a lot of stairs, so it is not suitable for those with mobility issues.

On the ground floor, you will find a sitting room (with sofas and a fireplace) with steps down to a large dining room (with table seating 6) and a well-equipped, separate kitchen.

From the sitting area, a short corridor leads to one double bedroom (with king size four poster canopy bed) with ensuite bathroom (with bath) and one double/twin bedroom (with two single beds) with ensuite bathroom (with bath).

On the second floor, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with bath).

Outside, you will find a private seating area in the garden.

Facilities: Air conditioning in the bedrooms, Central heating, Internet Wi-Fi, Smart TV (with Alexa and international channels), Kitchen, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee machine (American and Espresso), Kettle, Toaster, Terrace. There is a laundry room where guests share a washing machine, a dryer and more.
