"We always find hotel rooms too hot, so take the duvet out of its cover and just use the cover. After our return at the end of our first full day, my heart sank as I though the housekeeping team had re-bagged it. However, n closer inspection whilst they had done just that, they also gave us another duvet cover so that the duvet could stay covered up. All the toiletries were very nice and refillable large bottles, not the small single use ones. Breakfast was excellent if a little pricey. £16.50 for full English."

"Cleanliness is good, staff polite, bed comfortable pillows bit hard but that's down to personal preference. Toilet seat loose and wobbled about plus toilet seat lid coming off, quicker to fix itemd myself that get hotel involved. Drinks are not cheap in hotel bar, bar 62 noisy"

"I have been to this lovely hotel/restaurant before but never stayed the night. I went as a party of 6 celebrating a special birthday. My room was beautiful as was the wet room - it was geared up for a disabled guest (which I wasn't) but didn't make that obvious. All the food we had (afternoon tea/dinner/breakfast) were beautifully prepared, fresh and so tasty. The three course evening meal was an absolute triumph, every morsel was lovely. Compliments to the chef! There is a fabulous spa, and the views of the gardens and beyond, staggering. The staff are a credit - so polite, helpful and competent. I will definitely be back."
