"Friendly and helpful staff."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The only complaint we had was that they're under staffed or not trained very well. The front desk was very kind but I tried to call from my room 2 seperated evenings but no one answered so we had to load up little kids and go all the way downstairs and ask very simple questions."

"Beautiful property but very thin walls."

"It was cheap and it looked it"

"Easily accessible from road. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good."

"Nita at the front desk was very nice and friendly. The hotel is very close to Tavares historic district and beautiful waterfront."

"The room was very musty, and there was hair on the shower wall when we arrived. Two people in my party left with sinus and ear infections. I think most of this was due to the age of the property, but some updating to the systems (HVAC, etc) would make it a much more comfortable stay."

"The front staff was amazing! My bf and I enjoyed how spacious the room was. He loved the smell of the shower gel. The only real issues for us were the pillows( not soft enough and there were only 3, most hotels offer 4 for the king-sized beds. And the biggest issue honestly was the size of the TV and the difficulty trying to get the TV to work correctly. The shower was amazing, my bf commented on how good the water pressure was. We really enjoyed ourselves. Also, we LOVED the pool!"

"Lovely stay in Mount Dora, perfect location, clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again."

"The bed sheet was dirty. The pillowcase got hair on it .I take off the pillowcase of the pillow the pillow got big stain all over the pillow I could not use them. The shower was not working. I could not turn it on and when I get it to work, the water was just dripping and that is my experience."
