The large bathroom has a bathtub with shower, sink with cabinet and mirror, amenities, washing machine, hairdryer, two bath towels per person provided (changed weekly). The sunny living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people, a coffee table, flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioner, free Wi-Fi internet connection, exit to the terrace. The beach, although not very close, is easily reachable on foot (distance 1200 m), the Ultra supermarket at 250 m, the closest and cheapest restaurant "Gostionica Koper" at only 250 m, the seafront at 400 m. The location of the house is convenient for its proximity to the city center and the seaside areas. The area is quiet and central due to the proximity of various services such as a bank, post office, ATM, several bars, restaurants. The beaches in the area are pebbly, rocky, with gravel and sand of various structures. The highlight of the beaches along the coast of Umag and its surroundings are the pine trees and a lot of vegetation in the proximity of the beaches. This will allow you to shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day.
In the center of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam is recommended. For those who love the gym on the seafront, there is outdoor equipment to use for free, children's play areas along the coast. To shop it is better to walk a few kilometers to the most convenient supermarkets in the city: Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine.
