The apartment features a cozy bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, and a living room with a single sofa bed, SAT TV, and access to a covered terrace furnished with a table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, filter coffee machine, kettle, as well as all necessary crockery, glasses, cups, and a dining table with chairs. The bathroom includes a shower cabin, washbasin with cabinet and mirror, toilet, and washing machine. In the shared courtyard, guests can enjoy a swimming pool with outdoor shower, sun loungers, a barbecue area, a covered terrace next to the pool, and private parking. °Swimming pool is open seasonally: exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.
