"Cleanliness = 0, at least in the room we were assigned unfortunately. The shower curtain and bathtub were horrendously bad and completely neglected with huge amounts of black mold and junk. However, we were able to change rooms to a half decent one which if we got originally would have been no real problem. The hosts were kind and helpful, the food quite good, at least the a'la carte, don't expect luxury for breakfast. The views and location superb and great access to the beach. Overall, I...

"This is a wonderful family run hotel, located in a quite residential area with free parking. The property is clean and tidy and with exceptional staff. It offers a beautiful and assortment of fresh baked goods for breakfast, the apple cake (torta di mele) was amazing. The property is located about 600m from the beach, and a 6min drive to the train station that can easily take you to Rome and other locations. There are a number of restaurants close by. "Property rooms, facilities and restaurants are all very good. Only areas that were not ideal for me is having a safe place to go on walks (have to walk on a very busy road with little shoulder space. Overall a very nice place to stay"

"This property was a diamond we found . The accommodations we above what we expected. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There was a restaurant across the road which also was amazing . There is a beach within 10 min walking distance. This hotel is situated in a round about but with the windows closed you don’t hear much of anything . This is located halfway between Rome and Naples. Great place Lori ate parking. Dolce breakfast. "
