"The Jungalow was an amazing spot to begin our Hawaiian vacation. It was the perfect spot to explore upcountry and East Maui. We loved being only an hour drive to sunrise and a good spot to begin Road to Hana as well. So much adventure to explore around here. We enjoyed dinner at Mama’s one night (what a treat), but loved coming back to the Jungalo to rest our tired legs the other nights. "Yes, the location is perfect--just minutes to walk into the lovely Pa'ia Town, and I did get to do quite a bit of walking (my #1 goal) while staying at Pa'ia Hale. Everything I wanted to see and do was just 5 to 15 to 30 minutes (walking and driving) from my base camp! A Catholic church is just up the street and their masses are at 7 am daily, except for one day a week and their Saturday mass was at 5 or 5:30 PM, just check their website, Holy Rosary. "The hosts were really great at answering any questions prior to check-in and also touched base with us to ensure we had all we needed. The property itself was beautiful. It was so nice waking up in the morning, having coffee on the back porch and listening to the birds. It was a pretty short/enjoyable walk to restaurants and nightlife and the driveway was awesome for quick parking of our car. Would highly recommend to anyone who's looking to visit Maui! The little details (like books and games and binoculars) and our feline visitors (shout out to Gin and Tawny) made this unforgettable. "All we can say is “Wow”. The cottage is so cosy and has anything and everything you could possibly need for a fantastic vacation! The bedroom looked out onto the ocean and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked and clean. The living room had a plush comfy couch and large tv which was nice to cozy up on in the evenings after a long day in the sun. The kitchen had every piece of equipment you could ever need including a juicer with an endless supply of oranges on the trees...

"Maui Sunset was a dream. It comes with you would have in your kitchen at home, so you have the choice to eat out or buy groceries and cook yourself. I had a room with a partial view of the ocean and it was beautiful. The property and the pool is cleaned every day. You can sit out on a balcony and enjoy the sweet Hawaiian breeze or walk on the beach. They also have a herb garden, where if you wanted to go out and cut fresh herbs for your dinner you can do so. "
