"What I like most is the friendliness of the staffs. I would have given 10 stars if there is an option. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. I book the sea view chalet at the resort. Heavy rain on my first night stay and my room had water leakage issue. Called guest service and they upgrade us to premier chalet on water for free. The only feedback I can give is trams service can be better. Sometime need to wait 10-15mins for trams to reach my chalet. Overall my family have wonderful time there. "
