"Langkawi is a small island, so renting a car is a must to explore—but honestly, we were so glad we chose to stay at The Danna! Our suite was absolutely perfect—beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing! We loved both the pool and the private beach—warm, relaxing, and the white sand was just stunning. The entire resort is immaculately kept, and the service is truly next level. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay special. There’s even a lovely library on site, which was such a pleasant surprise! The location is great too—just a short drive from the famous Langkawi Cable Car. From the food and drinks to the thoughtful amenities and outstanding hospitality, everything at The Danna is top-notch. Our family was genuinely so happy with our choice—we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"A taste of paradise being in the rain fiorest and still see the sea. Hotel staff were all friendly, our chalet was a bit dated but it added to the natural surroundings, the floor boards could be looked at creeked all the time. Views were amazing and you felt like you were living in the rain forest close to nature with so many animals and birds to see. Food was very good and liked how we could choose which restaurant to dine in each night. As far as eco more needs to be fone as plastic water bottles delivered each day no water filling station and toiletries were small individuals where large shower and shampoo dispensers would use less plastic. Hotel kindly decorated our room and provided a lovely csje as i said it was my husbands special birthday which he was very grateful for. Mini bar in room is a nice touch, would be nice to have bath robes as only slippers were provided. Would i recommend... .yes this is paradise!!"

"We’ve had the most amazing time at the resort, as soon as we arrived we instantly felt a calm and kindness from the staff. Our room was super nice,the rooms are large and also very big bathrooms and the view was absolutely stunning. Food has been delicious, good wine lists with reasonable prices for being a high end resort in Asia. What really makes this hotel special though is the staff, we haven’t met a single person that doesn’t smile at you and they truly go out of their way to make your stay perfect. "

"Absolutely perfect. Right on the beachfront with options for where to eat and swim. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. Cocktails in the pool, drinks at the tropical beach bar, and a stellar dinner at the glass bar. The price is so reasonable! We loved that families could be shouting and having fun at the pool, while we were listening to live jams at the Tropical Beach Bar"
