"Wonderful place to stay half a block from boys town in West Hollywood. Quaint, well appointed, cozy rooms, always welcome us when we stay. The 2nd floor sitting area with patio, coffee, tea juices and bakery items In theam, and wine in the pm is so great. Mini rooftop a 24 hour retreat to sit and overlook the hills. Staff is always incredibly kind and helpful. It’s a small boutique place with warm relaxed service."

"The Garland is a wonderful and charming little hotel. The pool was great - never too busy but always happening. There were plenty of free activities that were not cheesy and fun for adults and kids alike. Food and staff were great. Room clean. I would stay here again without question."

"We were able to book 1 room for our family of 6. The room was very clean, modern and surprisingly spacious. There were 2 queen beds and a sofa bed to sleep 2. A microwave and small fridge is available to use in the room. The staff was friendly and accommodating with our late check in. The complimentary hot breakfast was also a convenient way to start the day. We liked that we were not rushed to leave the dining area after breakfast hours ended. Parking is available onsite for $19 per night at the time of our stay. The parking stalls are tandem, so you will need to leave your keys at the front desk if your car is blocking someone in. The property is located on Lankershim Blvd near Oxnard Street, very close to the freeway and Universal Studios, and there are several places to eat like In N Out within walking distance or a short drive. There is a bathroom on the lobby and we liked the room freshener they use. Conditioning shampoo, body wash, and handsoap are provided in the room. There is a mini convenience store in the lobby to purchase toiletries, pain relievers, first aid, and other travel essentials. A small pool is also available to use located across from the lobby, at the entrance of the parking area."

"The property was very beautiful and clean. We did have some issues with check-in and check-out as the host tried to get us to check-in an hour later and check-out 30 min early. This is an expensive rental and I did not feel comfortable eating into my time like that, especially since we had many people coming in from out of town who had nowhere to go once they landed. Another weird thing was that the pictures of the place were not super representative. The decor of the house was almost entirely dedicated to one of the boys from 5 seconds of summer - which was so incredibly random. Ultimately, not really a problem but I used this house to host my wedding and if I cared about the decor to the extent of a normal bride, I think this would be a total no-go. I think the pics for the home need to be updated or the decor changed out."
