"What a great hotel!!! SO beautiful inside and the location can't be beat. It was within walking distance of the funivia and all the dining and shopping a person needs. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is small, not a lot of selection but enough to fill you up. There is underground parking that's a bit convoluted to get to but so nice knowing your vehicle is safe and sound. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Bolzano."

"Overall, our stay at Hotel Greif was fantastic! We had a small hiccup at the beginning that’s not worth describing because they took care of it so quickly and seamlessly.
