"The hotel is an old building so don't expect the rooms to be modern...having said that there was everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable and warm and the included breakfast was more than adequate. Check in was super easy. Be aware that there is a flight of steps to go up to all rooms so if mobility is an issue this could be a little tricky The bathrooms are shared but are close to all rooms and the showers were nice and hot. Dinner at the bistro was delicious. Despite being above the pub it was very quiet. Would recommend a stay. Quaint small town close to Grafton right on the river."

"The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy; however, the toilet flush buttons barely worked. The shower was not properly sealed, so water easily leaked out onto the floor. Also, the lack of a bathroom ventilation fan left the room quite humid after hot showers, even with the small window left open overnight."

"Very quiet motel, it wasn't the Hilton but had everything in the right place, easy parking and close to restaurants etc, I will stay there again."

"Lovely property, clean and fresh, everything provide necessary for a pleasant stay. Extra touches like coffee machine, cereal and milk add to the experience. Quiet and peaceful place to relax on the deck and watch the water. Check in was easy and no fuss. Host very pleasant and welcoming."
