"Nice property near walkable areas and great dinning. One minor issue with air conditioning in our room which wasn't working and required maintenance to come remove and clean the filter (20 minute fix). Afterwards, AC worked great. Very friendly staff!"

"Second time at Bemate apartments but this time stayed for 3 nights. I didn’t realise towels were not changed during stay so found this really disappointing. When requested from reception, they sent the housekeeper who refused to give us more towels. Reception staff are welcoming and respond to messages. Apartment was clean and modern with a lovely terrace."

"This place is excellent value for the money. Couple blocks from the beach but check in was great. Staff were awesome and assisted me a couple of times. Their partner hotel is right on the beach so if you want something super nice go there. This place was clean and close to transit. "

"Excellent stay! Loved that it was located right on La Ramblas close to everything from the train to shops and restaurants to tour busses and taxis. The property itself could use a little updating but this location was outstanding and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful! Loved our stay and would def stay here again!"
