"Very new and clean building and unit. Easy parking. The unit is second floor up stairs. Pet friendly. Eldon was very responsive to questions and accommodating. The area is quiet yet there is pizzeria, cafe, deli, sports bar all in same block. Dilworth is about 10-15 min from downtown Fargo. "

"Great location, place was very clean. Steps up to unit were difficult for my older parents. I didn’t originally catch that. But only had to do one trip a day. Very easy to drive to graduation and good choice of restaurants. Highly recommend Butcher Block and Junkyard Brewery "

"Beautiful 2 bedroom one bathroom with the best lake view! Check in was easy. Quiet and nice seating area 4 feet from the water. Enjoyed the kayaked, fire pit and Sunlite bar and grill close by that had the best hamburgers! Went on a getaway weekend to relax and did just that! Loved our visits from Annie too! :) "
