"Living away from the area, we wanted a property that would allow us to bring our whole family together over Christmas, including 12 on Christmas day. Croxton House was the perfect location. Spacious but not overwhelming, a dining room big enough for what we needed, a location. That was rural but not too far from local amenities. "Room was clean and comfortable. I can understand the complaints about the room being warm but it did not bother me as a fan was provided in the room which was fine. Very convenient for Humber Bridge walk and Hull City Park n Ride. The whole feel of the place would be greatly improved by investing in ground keeping, weed spraying etc. Breakfast was ok for the price. I would stay there again. "

"It was a last minute booking due to our original hotel cancelling the evening before the Coldplay concert. It was adequate, clean and comfortable however extremely overpriced and clearly the hotel was taking advantage of people visiting for the concert. I looked and tonight the evening after the same hotel room is 185 cheaper. "
