"Our stay was good and the room was quite nice when we finally arrived, however it was impossible to reach the hotel staff beforehand to ask questions. The only contact info available was actually a phone number for customer service at hotels.com – who couldn’t help us at all. Something that is very good to know is that check-in actually is at 11 pm, which generally is quite unusual. For the hotels in this area it seems common though.
